IMPORTANT! Please read.

The app uses the storage place as the "single source of truth," However, this is great, but you need to understand that it has some special particular behaviors. Like:

• If When you share the same file into 2 different in various Confluence pages or Jira issues, when it gets edited in one page, it will reflect that changes will show all the updates in the other pageplaces when edited in one place.

• If Suppose someone deletes the file or folder shared/embed embedded into a Page or issue from the original connected storage (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, FPT Server, etc.). In that case, it will no longer be available in on Confluence or Jira.

• If someone edits the attached file in the cloud storage or FTP server via a desktop app, those the changes will also reflect on Confluencebe reflected in Confluence and Jira.

• This behavior is great excellent to avoid duplicates and multiple untracked versions across platforms. With this add-on app, you can have 1 one file that is the same everywhere. But you need to remember that it's the same single file everywhere. Handle it with care. :)
