Advanced layout options for Excel for Confluence
Customize the preview of the attached spreadsheets to your needs.
Customizing the layout
By default, the spreadsheets attached to Confluence pages show a preview with the width of the page and is 400 px tall. You can hide the preview by clicking the chevron on the left side.
You can change this for each macro. To access the layout settings:
Enter the page edit mode;
Select the macro and click the edit button;

Select the width for the preview:
Auto: The standard width for previews uses the available space;
Custom: Define a value for the width of the preview area.
Preview height
Select the height for the preview:
Regular: The standard height for previews (400 px);
Custom: Define a value for the height of the preview area.
Hide preview on load
When this option is on, the spreadsheet loads when the page opens, but the preview stays hidden to save space. Users can click the chevron to view the preview.
