About the Advanced Options

These options are only visible to users with Administrator privileges. All the settings on this page are accessible by entering Confluence settings and then clicking the "Office Editor Settings" link on the sidebar under the "Apps" section.

1. Click on "Office Editor Settings" to access the app's configuration options.
   At this stage, the only available option is "Import Data".

Import Data from ikuTeam Files

Our ikuTeam Files App supported the rendering and editing of Office files attached to the Confluence pages. That feature is now deprecated; the functionality will be exclusive to our ikuTeam Office app. To avoid any disruption, you can import all the macros from ikuTeam Files to our ikuTeam Office app. Ensuring a smooth transition and no disruptions. Please migrate as soon as possible.

1. Click the "Import Data" button to start the migration.
   Depending on the number of Confluence spaces, pages, and macros being imported, the process may take a few minutes to several hours.
   Please feel free to return to this page anytime to check the import status.

2. Once the task is complete, review the audit logs to verify the results and ensure everything was imported successfully.
