It’s straightforward to add the SharePoint Connector app to your issues, enabling . This app enables you to attach files and folders for your team.

Click the “Attach file/folder” button.
Browse your connected folders in the SharePoint Connector dialog. If you haven't connected any folders, you can do so now. You can also connect more folders from the context menu as you would in the file manager.
Select the files and folders you want to attach by clicking the checkbox. You’ll see them appear on the live preview pane on the right side.
Optional: click the “Layout” tab to customize how attachments look on your page.
Click the “Attach” button.

You can set different layout settings when attaching files and folders to your issue or by clicking the “Layout” button when you already have attached something. You’ll be able to preview the changes in the “Live Preview” panel. When you save the changes, you’ll You’ll see the new layout applied to your issue page when you save the changes.
You can also edit the layout of attached files and folders by clicking the “Layout” button in the app.

Removing attached files and folders
You can remove specific files and folders attached to an issue at any moment.

Click the “Manage” button.
Click the “Unlink” button on the files and folders you want to remove.
Click the “Done” button to end the management mode.

Hiding the app
You can also hide the entire app on the issue page while keeping all the files and folders attached.
Instructions:
Click the context menu in the top right corner.
Click the “Hide SharePoint and OneDrive” option.
All done. Your files and folders are still attached to the issue but not visible. To show them again, add the app back.
