When the "Replicate storage permissions" option is active, users must authenticate to each folder connected by other users to browse folders and preview and edit documents. This applies to the file manager and macros on pages.

De-authenticating a folder

After authenticating to a folder/file with an account, you can remove the access if needed (e.g., to authenticate with a different account). 

  1. Click the "···" button 

  2. Click the "Sign out" option

  3. A modal will appear. Click "Sign out" to confirm.

Tip

All done. To You'll need to authenticate again to view the folder's content or file, you'll need to authenticate again.
