When the "Require authenticationReplicate storage permissions" option is active, users must authenticate to each folder connected by other users to browse folders and preview and edit documents. This applies to the file manager and issues.

Connected folders in the File manager

The connected folders will show an "Authenticate" button for every folder that the user hasn't connected yet, and they won't be able to open the folder or make changes until they do.

After authenticating to a folder with an account, it's possible to you can remove the access if needed (e.g., by authenticating with a different account). 

  1. Click the "···" button 

  2. Click the "Sign out" option

  3. A modal will appear. Click "Sign out" to confirm.

Tip

All done. To view the folder's content, you'll need to authenticate again.
