Can’t find the Team Files on my project/space

If the Team Files is installed, but you can’t see it on your project/space sidebar or your issues/pages, this means that the app was blocked either by the Jira/Confluence admin or the Project/Space manager.

Jira/Confluence admins can define which projects are allowed to use the app. If you want to use the Team Files app on your project/space, please contact your Jira/Confluence admin to determine if it’s possible to allow the app for your project/space.

Blocked by the Project/Space manager

Project/Space managers can choose if the Team Files app is allowed in the project/space. If you want to use the Team Files app on your project, and the use is allowed by the Jira/Confluence admin, please contact your Project/Space manager to see if it’s possible to allow the app for your project/space.
